Rachel Hoag

Rachel Hoag is a certified professional life coach, accredited with the ICF through iPEC Coaching School. She spent 9 intensive months learning practical coaching skills and techniques with over 200 hours of accredited training. Also holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, she possesses a broad and diverse expertise spanning corporate environments, teaching, and coaching. Over the past two decades, Rachel has lived in five different countries, gaining invaluable insights into adapting to new cultures and environments while successfully establishing a nurturing home for her family. She is currently an empty nester with a love for fitness, cooking, reading books, and connecting with people. Drawing from her extensive life experience, she is passionate about helping individuals discover their true purpose and live in alignment with their core values.

Matthew Hoag

Matthew Hoag, our business consultant, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Ports America. With over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles globally, Matt most recently led Global Operations & Engineering at DP World. His expertise spans improving terminal performance, fostering commercial relationships, introducing revenue-generating initiatives, and reducing terminal costs worldwide. Additionally, Matt has held leadership positions overseeing safety, commercial activities, customer service, finance, human resources, and port security, while managing relationships with key stakeholders, including the ILA and the ILWU. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, and served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve for 18 years.
